Keynote Speaker at the presentation of the Colombian Government Smart City Strategy

In March 2018 I was invited as a Keynote speaker when the Ministry of ICT, of the Colombian Government, presented their strategic plan for Smart Cities.

The event took place at the Columbian Ministry of ICT, in Bogotá, Colombia, the 5th of March 2018.

The Keynote Speach I heald had the title “Blockchain and other emerging technologies for Smart Cities and Territories” (in Spanish).
